Shipping & Delivery
How soon can I expect my box to arrive?
Your first order will arrive within approximately one week of purchase. All subsequent subscription boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month, with delivery typically occurring during the third week of the month.
When will my subscription order be billed?
Your initial order is billed at the time of purchase. All subsequent charges are processed on the 15th of each month, in accordance with the selected subscription frequency.
The subscription is set to auto-renew, and your payment method on file will be automatically processed unless you cancel before your billing cycle begins again. You can cancel or pause anytime through your account profile.
Are shipping and taxes included?
Subscription fees include shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

Do you only feature Canadian Maple Syrup?
Yes! We are dedicated to showcasing Canadian maple producers from coast to coast. Canada is renowned for its maple syrup, and we take pride in supporting small, independent producers whose exceptional products you won’t find on grocery store shelves.
What can I expect in each box?
Each box will vary depending on the unique offerings of each producer. The box includes two to four curated maple products, along with a card featuring the producer’s story, as well as recipes or pairing suggestions to enjoy their products.
Who is selecting the products for each box?
Each month, our team of maple syrup curators carefully selects offerings from a different Canadian producer. We are committed to showcasing exceptional maple syrups and maple products from small, independent producers, ensuring a distinctive and memorable tasting experience every month.
Can I select the products in my Box?
The maple products included in each box are thoughtfully preselected by our curators. Every box is expertly assembled to deliver a well-balanced and diverse selection of maple products and flavours.
Although the boxes are not customized we are happy to receive your feedback. Please email us with any suggestions.

What is our cancellation policy?
Cancel or pause your subscription and anytime prior to the billing date.
Can I return the Maple Monthly Box?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible. Returns must be requested in advance by contacting support@maplemonthly.ca; approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly. Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
